Innovative, Interactive Knowledge Transfer
With Vistra launching in 35 markets over five years, a key challenge is ensuring that global affiliates and newcomers to the brand are educated quickly about the product. Recognizing that users assimilate information differently (i.e., some respond better to visual stimuli, while others learn better by listening), Enspektos developed an interactive Computer Based Training (CBT) course focusing on Vistra's positioning, value proposition and global marketing platform.
The Vistra CBT informs affiliates on brand-critical information using textual, visual and audio stimulus. In addition, to ensure that information presented in the course was understood and learned by users, they are tested on their knowledge of key brand concepts via guided quizzes throughout and at the end of the course.
